Craig C. MacKay
Craig MacKay has 30 years of investment banking experience focused on private financings for middle market companies. During his career, Mr. MacKay has been responsible for the issuance of over $9 billion of private equity, domestic and cross-border senior debt, high yield debt, and mezzanine securities. He has consummated dozens of acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations and refinancings across a broad spectrum of industries, including business services, communications/media, energy, financial services, healthcare, heavy industry, retail, technology, and transportation.
Prior to joining England & Company, Mr. MacKay headed the Private Finance Group at Oppenheimer & Company, where he led the origination and placement of private equity, debt and structured securities. Prior to joining Oppenheimer (formerly CIBC World Markets), he was the head of Private Finance at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and was the Managing Member and founder of HNY Associates, an investment banking boutique. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company.
Mr. MacKay earned his BS in Economics and MBA in Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA Level 3 candidate. He has been active on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and currently serves as First Vice Chairman of the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies.
