July 2013 - England & Company, a middle-market merchant bank, announced today that Corey Luskin has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Mr. Luskin will be based in Englandâ€™s New York City office and will work with clients in the information technology and services markets, focusing on digital media and business services companies.
Mr. Luskin has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development. Prior to joining England, Mr. Luskin was an investment banker focused on technology and financial services companies at major firms such as Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella) and Smith Barney, as well as with the boutique advisory firms Landmark Ventures and the Garros Group, where he was a member of the founding team. In addition to his advisory experience, Mr. Luskin served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for the BISYS Group, Inc., a leading financial services technology and outsourcing firm later acquired by Citigroup, and as Vice President of Corporate Development for Innodata, Inc. where he led the firm's acquisition and strategic investment initiatives.

Mr. Luskin received a B.A. in Economics with High Honors from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA charterholder.
